Hello, my name is Carly Moody and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker. I received both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from Northern Arizona University. I have experience working with many populations and age ranges with a focus on adolescents and young adults helping them through anxiety, depression, anger, suicidal ideation’s, life changes, stress, and many other conditions. I enjoy working from a strengths-based perspective, helping clients to recognize their strengths and use these strengths to obtain their goals, as well as incorporating aspects of both CBT and DBT.
