With an attachment based, trauma informed perspective - safety is key in the therapeutic relationship. You will be met with warmth, empathy and no judgment.
I’m trained in both Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients heal from trauma.
