I have experience working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, domestic violence, intimate partner violence, substance use/addiction, eating disorders, and personality disorders. My goal is to help my clients identify their mental health goals and support them with compassionate and empathetic therapy techniques. While I may be an expert in the clinical sense, my clients are experts in themselves, so therapy is a collaborative experience with me!
I utilize the person-centered therapeutic modality with my clients, while also working to incorporate skills and techniques from other modalities such as CBT, DBT, and TF-CBT.
