Currently accepting new clients! I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in MA and RI. My approach to therapy and coaching is personable, down-to-earth and empathetic. I strive to create genuine connections with my clients in order to foster a safe environment where there's continuous reflection, learning and growth. I use a strengths based approach to help my clients believe in their full potential. I specialize in treating adolescents and adults who struggle with ASD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, self esteem, dating and relationship issues and am an affirming provider for gay, queer and nonbinary individuals.
I meet my clients exactly where they're at, moving at a pace that feels safe and comfortable. Interventions I commonly use include compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, elements of dialectal behavioral therapy and more, depending on the needs of my clients. I also offer executive function coaching and parent coaching.
