Therapy is a wonderful path to help you access inner healing, processing, and expression with the unconditional support of your therapist. My clients are those who recognize that talk therapy alone will not solve their current issues. They are often curious about, or want support to help reduce and manage their current symptoms. Many of my clients struggle with unresolved trauma, anxiety, emotional management and regulation, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, and identity.
I specialize as a music psychotherapist, utilizing musically centered experiences that could offer opportunities for deeper reflection, process, and exploration. Together, we will develop a collaborative approach that best suits your needs. Our work together may also incorporate talk therapy, creative arts, CBT/DBT techniques, somatic exercises, and more.
