I utilize an eclectic mix of treatment approaches that are always based in person-centered, strengths-based values. I utilize interventions ranging from solution-focused, cognitive behavioral to sensorimotor psychotherapy-based techniques. Treatment is customized to the needs and preferences of the client.

An initial consultation can be used as an opportunity for prospective clients to ask questions, receive information about the intake process, and to determine therapeutic fit based on your preferences.
