If you're here it means you are considering starting or continuing your journey towards healing. It can be overwhelming looking for help, not knowing what the process is like, or how to choose therapist that feels right to you. In my office you can bring what you need, whatever that looks like. Get comfortable, maybe you want to kick off your shoes and use the weighted blanket. It's not an overly formal, clinical setting but a place to come as you are as we gently explore how your past and present are interacting and hijacking the future you want.
I utilize an holistic approach which looks at the whole person and am trained in many techniques. I love combining somatic/body-based interventions with expressive arts in my work with clients. I help clients to gain awareness of their body and mind while finding alternative ways for them to communicate and express themselves.
I specialize in working with adult individuals with trauma, chronic pain, and ADHD. I also specialize in working with couples and families to repair relationships and build communication. With my experience in my own healing journey as a client and knowledge as a counselor I can work as a guide and helping hand in your own healing journey.

Virtual Chronic Pain & Illness Support Group
Hosted by Carly Braswell, LPC-A, under supervision of Kim Harrington-Delgado. Adults with chronic pain often feel alone in their struggles. This group allows a space for you to speak to others who can understand their challenges whether you want to vent about the latest doctors appointment, express frustration about new challenging symptoms, and even celebrate big or small wins. The group will also discuss different resources, coping strategies, & provide psychoeducation on mental health and chronic pain.
