I am a licensed clinical psychologist with years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am a cognitive-behavioral psychologist, however integrate other evidence based practices into my sessions. I believe in utilizing a strength-based, collaborative approach that is solution focused and genuine.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD. I also focus on relationship difficulties, self-esteem, life transitions, and managing the stress of living in New York City as a child, teenager, parent, and adult.
We are all currently experiencing extremely difficulties times, and I would love to be a source of support to you or your child. I am accepting new clients at the group practice I am a part of, called Grand Central Psychology Group.
