Suffering takes many shapes and forms, and the mental anguish of anxiety and depression can be particularly troublesome. Hope, however, overcomes despair. I provide wholistic psychotherapy for clients struggling with depression, anxiety, and experiences of trauma. Bread of Life Community Services is a faith- based organization which seeks to demonstrate the love of God to New Jersey Residents through Christ- centered, compassionate, and competent mental health, healthy living, and social services.
My services work to instill hope, a better sense of self and others, and the practical skills to navigate through and overcome personal challenges. I am a servant of Jesus Christ, the foundation of hope and Ultimate savior. My desire is to offer care in His name and work under Him to assist in developing the needed tools to make the changes you desire.
