Hi there! My name is Dr. Carlos. Way to take the first steps toward feeling better by looking for a good therapist! I enjoy working with patients with diverse issues, such as depression, anxiety, addiction, ADHD, Dual Diagnosis, and Trauma. I'm transparent in letting you know if I treat what you need help with. One of my specialties is working with people in recovery or trying to gain recovery. I help you set up a relapse prevention plan for long term sobriety. It's not just about stopping, but how do we stay "stopped." Patients that have a few months of sobriety often come in to address other issues. Just because you're sober, doesn't always mean life is great.
