I have more than thirty years of experience providing state-of-the-art clinical assessment and compassionate psychological treatment for individuals and families with a broad range of issues including: anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, executive functioning, substance abuse, and chronic pain. These and other unresolved conflicts of the self keep people from achieving their goals in relationships and work.
My clinical practice has led me to develop and manage both inpatient and outpatient programs to better understand the complexities of human behavior. This expertise, which I have been fortunate to also use in university clinical supervision and teaching, enriches each psychotherapy session.
My focus is understanding your unique self and discovering ways to overcome psychological barriers to your success.
