We all have issues we deal with on a daily basis, and therapy is about addressing those issues in a positive, effective manner. The therapy I provide focuses on what would work for you or your family. My goal is to alleviate the problem and prevent its resurgence in the future. In working with individuals, we focus on finding the core problems and providing options in fixing them.I provide an unbiased perspective in working with couples, and assist families looking for new solutions with their children and each other.
My practice specializes in managing individual and couples counseling, working with children and families, and stress management. I have extensive training and experience in couples counseling, grief counseling, counseling teenagers, & post divorce recovery. I provide adaptable solutions based on your needs, not a general strategy that works on everybody.
I provide flexible hours of service for individuals and families in the morning, afternoon, evening, and Saturdays. I have an office located centrally in Kendall. Zoom, Skype, and Facetime video sessions are also available. I provide services in English and Spanish. I am also a qualified supervisor in LMFT and LMHC.
