I’m a compassionate mental health counselor dedicated to fostering personal growth and well-being for my clients. I have 9 years of experience working with a variety of populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who are struggling with developmental disabilities, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other life challenges. I earned my master’s degree in clinical mental health holistic counseling at Salve Regina University where I developed a deep understanding of the importance of connection between mind, body, and spirit.
