I can help you to explore and modify your thinking patterns in order to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and to improve coping with daily struggles.
I have a wide range of clinical expertise and am committed to continually broadening my learning and training as a mental health professional. In addition to working with everyday concerns and life transitions, I have a background in neuropsychology. I believe that understanding brain functions to be critical. Neurofeedback services are also offered.
