My clients come into the office knowing one thing- they want a change. Often having an idea of exactly what it is that needs to change, and sometimes just knowing that 'it doesn't feel right'. I help my clients understand that each behavior is understood given the context that surrounds it. We will focus on the things that are not that obvious, perhaps it's the mere emotion that is motivating the behavior. Other times we might need to dig a little deeper. Together we work towards the same end goal: transformation.
This being said, I view my clients holistically: mind, body, soul, environment. To achieve the most comprehensive understanding I have been trained in emotion focused therapy, Gottman, APSATs (betrayed partner model) and CSATs (sex addiction therapy). Furthermore, I am currently receiving training in Neurofeedback.
