I have personal and professional experience with Autism, ADHD, and being a queer person from the South. I use an eclectic approach with TF-CBT, ACT, MI, DBT, and Mindfulness to partner with you in discovering who you are outside the box you were placed in. You'll leave each session with something to do about something!
