I'm passionate about helping teens and adults with anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma. I have a special connection to and experience with neurodiverse individuals. I create a welcoming environment for neurodiverse clients, offering sensory activities and fidget toys during sessions. I also enjoy using games and expressive arts in therapy, keeping art supplies readily available in my office. I value building trust and rapport with clients and respecting their needs.
