I have a passion for providing a safe, collaborative, compassionate space and empowering my clients to reach their goals. I mainly work with couple's and families on strengthening relationships, gaining understanding/empathy and working through relational issues. Together, we will work to find solutions and gain practical skills that can be utilized outside of our sessions.
As an MFT, I specialize in relational therapy. In some way, shape or form I will incorporate current or past relationships in your life and how they are currently playing a role in your life today. I am passionate about strengthening relationships and increasing overall life & relational satisfaction.
Although I work at Catholic Charities, I am not a faith-based counselor and work with a wide variety of clientele. I am able to incorporate beliefs that are important to you in the work we will accomplish together.
