I am passionate about supporting individuals as they find a path through anxiety, depression, grief/loss, caregiving burnout, parenting support, infertility, and post-college transitions. I work with individuals navigating life transitions like college, new jobs, marriage, divorce, pregnancy, and new parenthood.
I am passionate about supporting caregivers of individuals with dementia or otherwise medically complex children and adults, oncology support, and working with individuals who are living with chronic illness or pain. I am a trauma-informed clinician who is trained in cognitive processing therapy (CPT) and can help individuals heal from PTSD.
