I am so glad you have found your way here, and are willing to reach out for help! I currently see individual clients age 18+ who are struggling to cope with a world that is often too much and not enough at the same time. Do terms like burnout, perfectionism, anxiety, high sensitivity, and sensory challenges describe part of your experience? Are you looking to dive into deep, meaningful long-term work that may lead to increased self-awareness, acceptance, and improved ways of coping, thus allowing you to move through the world with more ease and freedom? Then you and I might work well together!
During each session, you and I will work together to co-create a safe space to explore your presenting concerns. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices in order to meet you where you’re at from a place of compassion, curiosity, and non-judgment, and to support you as you discover how you can move forward in a way that honors you, and your future.
I offer free 15 min consultations for new clients in order to ensure that us working together will be a good fit. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, or to schedule a consultation.
