I am a Utah Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of clinical experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in trauma, and helping with the lasting symptoms caused by trauma. Ie- addiction, mental health, eating disorders, poor coping skills, toxic relationships, poor boundaries, and much more. I have experience with childhood sexual abuse survivors and was the clinical manager at the Saprea retreat. You can look up the retreat at saprea.org for more information.
I completed my undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University and then received my MSW- masters in social work from the University of Utah. I am trained in multiple modalities and have been EMDR trained for over 8 years. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
I believe in client centered therapy and rely heavily on knowing and understanding my client’s strengths and needs. I deeply understand that life is hard.
