Are you overwhelmed by the demands of pregnancy or new parenthood? Feeling disconnected from yourself and others since the arrival of your child? Or maybe you're struggling with challenging emotions that make it hard to be the parent you want to be? As a certified perinatal therapist, I help new and expecting parents navigate the full range of feelings that accompany this uniquely intense phase of life. Through a variety of interventions, I've been able to help my clients reclaim a sense of calm, reconnect with themselves, find community, and build stronger bonds with their children.

I offer a holistic approach to therapy, providing clients with concrete tools to work through difficult emotions by using mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and self-care skills. I also help clients build insight into how past experiences, such as their own childhoods and relationship with their parents, may be currently impacting them.
We were never meant to parent alone, so I'd be honored to be part of your support system. I'm accepting new clients and I have some daytime availability. Our administrative team is availabIe Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm, to assist you with schedling.
