Using a variety of evidence based treatment approaches, my therapy style is person-centered, and strength based. As a licensed therapist, I am trained in Psychodynamic treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy as well as Trauma Focused treatment and Mindfulness. For the past 20 plus years, I have treated children, adolescents and adults. My specialties are treating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, school challenges, ADHD, parenting and relationships.
