I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State and offer individual sessions. I specialize in LGBTQ+ issues, polyamory, and gender assessments for hormone and/or surgery letters. I also treat a wide variety of other mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, autism, personality disorders, bipolar, and more.
I mainly utilize cognitive behavioral therapy but also use an integrative approach pulling from many types of therapies. I recognize each person is a unique individual with their own specific needs and cultural background.
