I am Carissa Lataillade, LMFT, a dedicated Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist passionate about supporting individuals through their most challenging life moments. As a Black psychotherapist, I am committed to assisting clients with turning obstacles into opportunities for growth and self-discovery. I offer a strength-based and collaborative therapeutic approach, incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.
