My approach is friendly, warm, and client-focused with a heavy importance on building rapport, as well as using evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions-focused, strengths-based, and mindfulness approaches. I have experience working with individuals as well family units to help increase communication and understanding.
