I have been working in private practice for the past 6 years and specialize in working with adolescents/young adults who struggle with emotional regulating, anxiety, depression, grief, divorce etc. My door is always open to anyone who is willing to share their story with me. Together, we will create and maintain goals to strive for a lifestyle thats fulfills your needs.
I believe in meeting each individual where they are at. My approach is offering a safe space within a cozy highly supportive environment to ensure that you are right where you need to be. With a positive and uplifting mindset, I make it my priority to make sure every client feels welcomed, supported and heard.
