I find that I am most helpful to clients who are interested in reflecting more deeply on what it means to be human, in all of its suffering and all of its beauty. My intention is to provide a relationship in which we can identify and explore the narratives you have about your life and self. And then in the safety of our relationship, I want us to begin the process of deconstructing what has been and start reconstructing what is to come. Through this process, I believe we will find acceptance and healing.
I meet with clients anywhere from 1-5 times a week, depending on one’s needs and preferences. Some people come for a specific concern and stay for a few months. Others come for a specific concern and along the way find that they would like to understand themselves and others on a much deeper level, and then stay longer. Both are welcome.
Please do reach out to me with any questions you may have about my practice. If it sounds like we might be a good fit, I'd be glad to schedule an initial consultation with you. Alternatively, I can also help provide recommendations for other therapists if you are in need of something different.
