“Healing Hearts, Empowering Minds, and Restoring Relationships One Encounter at A Time” is my mission at Heart to Heart Empowerment Services, LLC, which I founded in June 2019. I have provided Individual, Family, and Group Therapy services for youth/adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. Some of my special interests include: anxiety, depression, grief, stress/anger management, relationships (to include parenting), and self-esteem. I view therapy as a partnership and enjoy working with individuals that are ready to commit to their healing journey.
I am an Independent Affiliate Employee Assistance Provider (EAP) for McLeod Regional Medical Center, MUSC, Health Advocate EAP, Spring Health EAP, First Sun EAP, and their contracted organizations. I provide Individual and Family Therapy for youth/adolescents, adults, and families in-person and via telehealth.
It is my goal to provide a safe, nurturing environment to facilitate your/your child’s personal growth emotionally, mentally, and holistically. I strive to assist others with self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-empowerment. I also believe that each person and their situation is unique, which is why I utilize an integrated approach to therapy.
