Carin Sailer LGPC (They/Them) helps individuals overcome feelings of anxiety, depression, and poor self-esteem. Carin specializes in working with individuals on general mental health concerns while also working with transgender & non-binary adults, parents processing their own identity (or their child’s), and those endorsing an identity in “mid-life” (whatever that means!)
Carin has been an invited speaker on topics related to queer identity, figuring out parenthood, adoption, identity formation, spirituality, & the intersection of minoritized identities (e.g., jewish/nonbinary, trans/queer) .
In addition to working with clients, Carin enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with their pups, watching sports, practicing self- compassion, cooking, and enjoying foods that perfectly balance sweet and salty.
