Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed with dieting and changing your body size? Are you struggling with your body image and disordered eating/eating disorder? My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and trust your therapist. I specialize in working with teenagers and adults who suffer from eating disorders, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other life stressors. My goal is to improve my client's overall mood and increase their ability to cope with life stress.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in NJ with experience working with teenagers, adults, and families. I was trained as a counselor at UPenn receiving two Masters Degrees in Professional Counseling. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) informed therapist.
I believe it is important to provide a nurturing and solution focused environment as a therapist. I focus on each individual's unique experiences and goals while providing treatment.
