With over 20 years of experience assisting adolescents, young adults/adults and families, I have provided support to those navigating life transitions, and educational systems in addition to working in both outpatient and community settings. Given the diverse clientele and variety of settings, I can support you and lead you to discover a positive outcome.
I have therapeutic interests in the areas of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Women's issues, parenting/family issues, child and adolescent development, and clinical interests in the areas of self-esteem/self-advocacy, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum disorders and trauma.
