I believe the capacity for healing and joy is present in each of us, and the path toward those involves moving through many of the emotions that many try to push away. With an approach centered on collaboration, compassion, genuine human connection, and maybe a touch of humor, I assist my clients in moving more gently through the processing of trauma, shame, and other deeply held core beliefs.
