My focus is on helping people to break free from painful, unwanted patterns in their lives, and to find greater confidence, connection, and joy. Couples work is a primary focus of my practice, and I work with couples at all stages of relationship. I help partners interrupt destructive fights, build effective communication skills, and create greater intimacy.
I also work with individuals around relational themes such as self-assertion, healthy entitlement, and sense of belonging. I am very aware of the “false selves” we sometimes feel we have to present to the world, and how isolating it can be to live this way. I want to help you live a life that feels more like yours, while also feeling connected to others.
