Hello! Welcome, I'm glad we crossed paths. Seeking therapy is a tremendous act of self-care. Through counseling, individuals can experience healing and self-growth. In our work together, therapy will be a way to enhance awareness and promote wholeness; it is an investment in one’s overall well-being. Therapy can help one identify their strengths and areas of growth in a supported and nurtured setting in order to foster a more fulfilling life. I believe through increasing insight and awareness, we can improve our thinking habits, perspective, and better inform how we relate to others to lead to a place of increased peace and balance.
My specializations include women’s issues, boundary work, and life transitions. Therapy is a vehicle to explore our past and current patterns to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and how we interact with the world around us so that we may move towards a place of acceptance and contentment. I utilize an integrative approach in my work with clients.
