I enjoy working with all young adults who need guidance in finding confidence and managing stress, anxiety, making career/school decisions, improving daily habits/routines, and improving relationships and communication. I am trained in Neurodivergent affirming practices, DBT therapy, Mindfulness based practices, CBT, IFS, and trauma informed care. I take a guided approach to helping increase coping skills and emotion management. I also have experience helping people to cope with chronic pain/chronic illness and health anxiety.
I provide a non-judgmental supportive environment that encompasses opportunity for personal growth and change. You are in control of your therapy experience and lead the way.
