The three main psychotherapy approaches I like to practice are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Supportive Therapy. When it comes to working with families, I employ family psychoeducation.
From my years of experience, working with young children to seniors, I have learned that people are resilient.
