My goal is to help you reach your goals— whatever they may be. Are you struggling with anxiety or depression? Do you desire to improve your confidence? Are there obstacles you want help overcoming? Do you need to work on improving your coping skills? I take a collaborative approach where I will walk alongside you—respect, empathy, and remaining nonjudgmental are principles I strive for. I believe we are all capable of change if given proper support.
For some, faith is central in their lives. I am a Christian who has been clinically trained in Mental Health Counseling. If you are looking for a counselor who has experience working with Christians in a clinical setting, we can incorporate as much or as little about faith as you would like. It’s entirely up to you.
