I enjoy a myriad of clients and believe the most important part of therapy is the connection you have with your therapist...a connection where you can be honest, vulnerable, challenged, and fulfilled. My goal is to meet clients where they are, understand where they are going and help challenge, resolve or remove obstacles standing in the way. I enjoy joining my clients on their journey and helping them realize they have all they need within.
My journey to therapy began in recognizing the lack of marital resources and mentors. I believe that a healthy family unit is critical to the health and wellbeing of each of us and I help foster this in both individual and couples therapy. I am Level 2 Gottman trained for couples and have extensive experience with anxiety, depression, and self actualization.
