For the last 7 years, I have been helping children, adults and families sort through pain and trauma in order to make sense of their life story.
I am licensed clinical social worker, registered play therapist and EMDR (eye movement desensitization therapy) trained. I have an array of other trainings that allow me to take an eclectic approach. We will work together to find the best modality for you and your story.
