I have over 12 years of experience in the mental health field. With my interactive therapeutic approach, I am able to help those struggling with anxiety, depression, work/life balance, relationships and substance abuse. Additionally, I work with first responders and their loved ones, addressing the unique stress they endure that is related to the job.
