Hello! My name is Cara and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. My goal is to help empower my clients to manage their everyday stressors, mental health, relationship issues, and career issues to ultimately feel better about themselves and their lives. I am a strong believer that therapy is something that everyone can benefit from. My goal is to create a supportive space for my clients to be able to succeed in and out of session!
Most of my sessions include talk therapy with a mix of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and Solution-Focused skills. I work with clients on understanding their own triggers and how to utilize effective coping skills in and out of sessions. I am a strong LGBTQ+ ally.
