I will help you process negative emotions and/or experiences while teaching you techniques that encourage positive thinking, feelings, and behaviors. Interventions that I most frequently utilize: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), DBT, and Strength-Based Therapy.
