I specialize in trauma recovery as well as walking with people through life transitions such as pregnancy, divorce, deployments and career changes. In addition to talk therapy I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy which can significantly alleviate symptoms of trauma, phobias, life transitions and behavioral difficulties in as few as two sessions.
