As a professional counselor, I am experienced in different treatment methods which I integrate according to each client's unique needs. I have extensive training and experience treating addictions, eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, attachment issues, mood disorders and relational conflicts.
I firmly believe in building rapport and developing trust before diving into the core issues. My style of counseling is based on person-centered, solution focused and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral) techniques. My belief is that everyone has the ability to improve their lives, with the first steps being wanting change and having hope.
