Navigating adolescence and early adulthood is difficult enough without adding in the complexities of a global pandemic. You deserve to have your story heard; I aim to support you in exploring your personality, identities, and experiences in a comforting and compassionate environment to empower you to thrive. By utilizing a client-centered approach, my goal is to guide you to find peace in your life by utilizing various theoretical approaches, empathy, and humor.
I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, disordered eating, trauma disorders, and self-injurious behaviors. I value incorporating all aspects of your identity to help support you, including gender, race, sexuality, religion and spirituality, and ability. I also enjoy utilizing various creative approaches, including art and music, based on your interests.
While my work is influenced by a myriad of evidence-based practices, I often draw from CBT, DBT, and ACT. I stand with the BIPOC and LGTBQ+ communities; I am always open to adjusting my style so that you can feel comfortable sharing your story and exploring your personality and identities in a safe and non-judgmental space.
