With training in intimate partner violence, unhealthy relationships, and body-based interventions, I take a trauma-informed approach to therapy; ensuring a comfortable environment for clients in which to delve into tough experiences and make changes in life through introspection, understanding, and empowerment.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solutions-Focused Therapy (SFT), and mindfulness-based interventions, and use an eclectic approach that allows each client’s needs to take the center of a therapy session.
