My background includes working with children birth to five, adolescents, young adults, and families. We can work together to find new ways to manage stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and enhance parent-child relationships.
I am trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to improve the Parent-Child relationship and attachment. Provide services including Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, CBT, DBT, and EMDR. My strengths-based, trauma-informed approach allows me the opportunity to meet families where they are.
