Tapas is a Sanskrit word that describes the heat and friction that are necessary for change; it is our willingness to endure intensity for the sake of transformation. Change can be difficult; asking for the help it sometimes takes to make those changes can be even harder. I understand just how hard that first step can be. I will work diligently alongside of you to create a safe, caring space to explore your challenges and successes!

Pause and breathe; showing up is the first step! I love to collaborate with individuals, couples and families! Through the use of alternative and more holistic approaches to treatment as well as other Evidence Based practices, I aim to help people explore and reduce anxiety and stress to be able to live a more centered and grounded life.
