As a therapist, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space for anyone who seeks insight, balance and growth at their current stage in life. I work with those who may feel stuck during a life transition, coping with a strained relationship, or battling inner thoughts while struggling with their self esteem. My approach is person-centered and strength-based, as I focus on supporting my clients with psychoeducation and coping strategies that fit specific needs.
I assist older teens and adults (ages 15-45) with navigating life transitions, building self-esteem, relationship issues, racial & cultural identity, and managing anxiety & depression. As a social worker, wife and mother of 4 (ages 0-15), empathy is one of my top strengths. I also provide group facilitation, consulting and workshops.
Social work is my passion and I personally want to be your sounding board when no one else is listening. As a change agent, my goal is to help my clients gain clarity, peace of mind and hope for better days ahead. For some, this may be even closure and new beginnings.
